Christmas Gift ideas - last installment

Happy Friday Sassy Friends!

Can you believe October is pretty much done and dusted?! Tonight is one of my favourite times of the year and I am super excited! But before I can get to all things spooky, let's chat Christmas gifts one more time. Hpw about making this festive banner for yourself or a friend using Simple Stories 'Cozy Christmas'.
Quick as a snap to put together and sure to impress with a built in photo frame!
I've started by selecting a couple of 6x4 favourites from a pack
of Sn@p cards. Some have been used to matt the gorgeous die cut cards
(which I have been hoarding!!)
Try alternating landscape and portrait formats to draw the eye in. Once you know which cards you are going to use, one can add all sorts of bits in between the cards. Try punching and threading shapes or adding mini banner (created by simply folding over a strip of paper!)
Next, I created a photo frame which remains open on one side,
so you can alternate the photo if you wish.

Put it together as follows:
Once the elements were decided upon, I went ahead and embellished with some chipboard stickers and bit and pieces. Bearing in mind, I celebrate Christmas in Summer, I have been mindful to not include too many of the snowy elements,
but if its cold where you are now - add as many as you like!
A flair badge, some acrylic shapes and a utterly adorable cookie cutter shape completes the embellishing. Once you are happy with the lot, you can punch your cards and add eyelets if you wish. Thread your treasures on some twine or ribbon and you are ready to go!

I hope you have enjoyed these posts as much as I have enjoyed putting them together! Thank you so much for visiting us today. For those of you ghostly ghouls on the streets tonight, have a fabulous time!

Till next week
